Murry A. Vance
Founder, Managing Member, and Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Vance has been issued 24 US patents and 3 international patents, 7 which are part of the current Plasma Arc Reduction process. Murry Vance founded the original Company in 1992, Mr. Murry Vance built Arc Technologies Group, Inc. from a small “one-man” organization to a rapidly growing firm with a unique patented product and strong strategic alliances. Mr. Vance was instrumental in the design and development of the incandescent disposal system and the current PAR-PEAP process units. Since the beginning Mr. Vance has manufactured 16 full size operational units for specific design testing and a mobile test unit. The units’ testing have passed EPA testing requirements and validated the patent claims. Mr. Vance continues to be involved with all phases of operations at the Company, including engineering, marketing, and administration.

Kenneth Connally, PE
Member and Chief Operating Officer
Ken brings his extensive experience spearheading sophisticated IT initiatives and technology strategic planning to the company.
Ken joins Plasma Energy with extensive Leadership and Program manager accomplished in spearheading sophisticated IT initiatives and specialized in technology strategic planning and day-to-day operations. Proven leader with expertise in all facets enterprise infrastructure technology, engineering and development. Skilled in collaborating with all members of the organization to achieve business and financial objectives. Instrumental in streamlining and improving processes, enhancing productivity, and implementing technology solutions.

William E. Drewery
Senior VP of Products
Mr. Drewery currently serves as the Senior VP of Sales for Plasma Energy Group, LLC. Bill just finished an assignment to Aramco Saudi Arabia developing energy production utility infrastructure. Prior to his involvement with Plasma Energy Group, LLC, Mr. Drewery was Manager/Director at several high profile companies, including Veolia Energy North America, Constellation Energy, Duke Solutions and Entergy.
Mr. Drewery has more than thirty years of energy services experience with large institutional customers. He is responsible for development and management of renewable, energy efficiency and outsourcing of utility infrastructure projects in the industrial and commercial markets. While at Veolia Energy, Constellation and Entergy Services he developed over $150 million worth of successful projects and businesses. He has solved numerous energy- and HVAC-related problems through outsourcing and shared savings programs. He has significant experience in the engineering and operation of renewable, fossil and nuclear power plants. With PEG he is currently developing strategic relationships with engineering and consulting firms to promote PEG’s technology. He is responsible for the USA efforts and oversees the initial sales process, evaluation, implementation and overall project success with customers.
Mr. Drewery has an MBA from Loyola University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute.

Larry Secrest, PhD.
Director of Grants and Research Programs
Dr. Secrest joined Plasma Energy Group with over thirty years of CEO and top executive experience with building organizations. And Dr. Secrest has ten years as faculty member at major research university. Where he was the Program Director and Faculty member, IC2 Institute, The University of Texas at Austin’s Executive Masters Degree Program in Technology Commercialization (MSTC). Dr. Secrest experience includes: Interim President at Stevens Water Monitoring, Portland, Oregon, Management Advisor and Consultant – Sanford Burnham Priebus Institute for Medical Research, La Jolla, CA., Executive Chairman of the Board (1994-97). President (1997-98). Hydrolab Corporation, Austin, TX. President and CEO, Scientific Measurement Systems, Inc. Austin, TX. Where he secured research funding ro NSF, DOE, NIST, DOD and others. President & Owner. Secrest Printing Company, Fort Smith, AR., Executive Vice President. Standard Meat Company, Fort Worth, TX., Company grew from $30 million to $125 million in four years and the Company was sold to Sara Lee.
Prior to Dr. Secrest’s position at the University of Texas, Austin he was Assistant Professor of Management. University of Texas at Arlington where he was chairman of the PhD. Lecturer, University of Texas at Austin, Austin, TX., Senior Fulbright Research Fellow, Keio University, Tokyo, Japan. Graduate Teaching Assistant, Research Associate. Stacy Y. Patrick, CPA
Secretary/Treasurer and CFO
Ms Patrick currently serves as the CFO for Plasma Energy Group, LLC. Through the spring of 2006, Stacy Y. Patrick was a partner and shareholder in the Tampa Bay firm of Aidman, Piser & Company, P.A. (Now known as Cherry Bekaert & Holland) She has more than thirty years of experience in accounting and auditing. She has a broad background in accounting and auditing for various industries, from small businesses to public companies. Industry experience includes real estate, insurance, construction, manufacturing & distribution, research & development, financial services, technology and leisure time. In addition to her audit practice responsibilities, she spent a significant amount of time assisting clients in various aspects of their businesses, ranging from accounting and systems consulting, development of business plans, financing packages, profit enhancement studies and IPO’s.
