Kenneth Connally, P.E.

Ken joins Plasma Energy with extensive leadership and program manager experience.

He is accomplished in spearheading sophisticated IT initiatives, specializes in technology strategic planning, and day-to-day general business operations. 

Ken is a proven leader with expertise in all facets enterprise infrastructure technology, engineering and development. Ken is skilled in collaborating with all members of the organization to achieve business and financial objectives. Mr. Connally has been instrumental in streamlining and improving processes, enhancing productivity, and implementing technology solutions. 

Ken’s prior experience includes:

  • Telecom Management, FedEx Services, Memphis, TN. Managed all aspects of planning, designing, and implementing the process flow diagrams of the FedEx Telecom Order and Invoice Management Systems. In addition, he managed the global Windows server and active Directory infrastructure team. He built the team from scratch into one of the premier AD and Windows Server design and support teams.
  • Vice President / CIO and founder, Connally Systems, Inc., Little Rock, AR and Memphis, TN. Became the leading Software Consultative and Services firm within in the Mid South area, drawing 5M annually in service sales with a roster of 30 employees and held alliance with Microsoft Partner, Platinum Accounting and CA Software Partner. Ken’s prime clients included national chains Dillard’s Department Store and Eckerd’s Drug Store.
  • He led two Microsoft Technical Education Centers where he developed instructors and Curriculum, set up. These centers included 4 training locations for Entergy Corporation where the client staff were taught Windows, Microsoft Office and specific Entergy applications.
  • Senior Engineer & Group Leader for Reynolds Metals, Little Rock, AR from 1976 to 1984. Ken redesigned a portion of the company plant in Jamaica and was on the design team for a grassroots plant in Western Australia. He received his PE License while on the design teams in Texas.

Ken’s education includes:  BS Chemical Engineering, Texas A&M University, College Station, TX, Post Graduate Environmental Engineering, Texas A&M University, Kingsville, TX, Registered Professional Engineer in Texas, ITIL Foundations Certified, MCSE, MCT.
