Plasma Arc Reduction Models


The technology for all of the Plasma Energy Arc Reduction Models is the same. The differences are the capacity, configuration, and feed systems. Therefore, all of the systems can handle the same types of waste, but location, feed source, co-generation capabilities may require a different model.  Below are the basic models offered.



Model 50 Footprint

Specifications

This is a small unit designed with limited capacity for confined spaces. Typical installs include Marine usage, such as Cruise Ships, or small hospitals for Regulated Medical Waste.

Model 100

Specifications

This is an entry-level unit primarily designed for Medical Waste, Regulated Medical Waste, or Red Bag Waste. This unit can handle any unsegregated solid waste with a minimum of 18% solids.


Models 200

Specifications

This is an entry level unit primarily designed for Municipal Sewage Cake, GRIT or FOG, but can handle any solid waste including Medical, Nuclear, Industrial, Agricultural or Pharmaceutical. It can handle any solid waste Hazardous or Non-Hazardous without segregation.


Model 400

This is a medium capacity unit primarily designed for any kind of solid Waste. Configurations exist for Medical, Nuclear, Industrial, Agricultural or Pharmaceutical. It can handle any solid waste Hazardous or Non-Hazardous without segregation.


Model 600

This is a medium capacity unit primarily designed for any kind of solid Waste. Configurations exist for Medical, Nuclear, Industrial, Agricultural or Pharmaceutical. It can handle any solid waste Hazardous or Non-Hazardous without segregation. This model has an option for double shredders and is standard with single shredder system.


Model 1000

This is a large unit primarily designed for any kind of solid Waste. Initial configurations were for Municipal Waste, but it can handle Medical, Nuclear, Industrial, Agricultural, or Pharmaceutical. It can handle any solid waste Hazardous or Non-Hazardous without segregation. This model has an option for double shredders and is standard with single shredder system.


Model 3000

Specifications

This is a large unit primarily designed for any kind of solid Waste. Initial configurations were for Municipal Waste, but it can handle Medical, Nuclear, Industrial, Agricultural, or Pharmaceutical. It can handle any solid waste Hazardous or Non-Hazardous without segregation. This model includes double shredders and 3 separate process chambers.

Model 5600

Specifications

This is a large unit primarily designed for any kind of solid Waste. Initial configurations were for Municipal Waste, but it can handle Medical, Nuclear, Industrial, Agricultural, or Pharmaceutical. It can handle any solid waste Hazardous or Non-Hazardous without segregation. This model includes double shredders and 6 separate process chambers.
